An anonymous Loconut tipster sent in this jaw-dropping sequence of photos - the unloading boat (appears to have) snapped the winch cables and dove head-first into the ocean (with a man still in the back of the boat! - see photo 2). While we have not been able to confirm the authenticity or any details regarding the images, some have speculated this may have taken place in Fremantle Harbour.
