John Howard is trailing worse than ever in the polls as the Reserve Bank is tipped to announce yet another interest rate rise on Melbourne cup day, striking a devastating blow for the coalition three weeks before the Federal Election.

<p>Poor Johnny, its not his fault the rates are rising...last night they were saying this will be the fifth time in 4 years!</p><p>The rate has harldy moved really, when you think about it!&nbsp; At least it&#39;s not up around 18% like it was years and years ago!!!!</p>
