Ever wanted to get involved in WA's tourism industry? Have an idea for WA?

Well now you can because Western Australians have been urged by the Tourism Industry to start thinking about the type of tourism industry we want to see developed in WA.

A four-week consultative process kicks off in Albany on Monday 28 April, whewre the Tourism Western Australia chair, Kate Lamont will hear the views of the community on what was important.

Workshops would also be held in Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Merredin, Broome, Kununurra, Exmouth, Carnarvon, Geraldton, Busselton, Karratha as well as Perth and Fremantle.

Check out the website for all the details if you want to get involved and have YOUR say in the future of WA.

Yeah why not... and why not 'wet and wild' water park in Geraldton... that might get people more inclined to hit Gero!

I would say a form of transport that could get you to Margs for the weekend in like an hour or something, so you can head down friday arvo and it wont take you too long to get there.
