This Privacy Statement applies to the Loconut website, which is operated by Loconut Pty Ltd (ACN 119 337 969) as trustee for the Loconut Unit Trust trading as “Loconut” in Western Australia (Loconut) under the domain name “www.loconut.com.au”. It explains how your personal information will be treated as you access and interact with the Loconut website.

This is the current Privacy Statement. It replaces any other Privacy Statement for the Loconut website published on the Loconut website to date. Loconut may at any time vary the Privacy Statement by publishing the varied Privacy Statement on the Loconut website. You accept that by doing this, Loconut has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation.
