<p>The Beltones got into the fifties theme by having a fifties party night. At the end of our term of singing Songs of the Fifties, we held a party night where we dressed up in the fashion of the fifties, had a sing a long and then enjoyed a light supper. The costumes were a lot of fun and we have the photos to prove it. Most of us chose to wear the teenage fashion of the swirl skirt with lots of petticoats while one chose the more elegant grown up fashion of the long slender skirt. Another member dressed up as a rocker like "Fonzie" from "Happy Days." Dressing up is a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again.</p>
