The Mission of SIDS and Kids Western Australia is to save babies' lives through education and research, and to provide grief support for those affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child from conception onwards. SIDS and Kids WA provides bereavement support services for anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child from conception onwards, from any cause; promotes and delivers education programs designed to reduce the incidence of child mortality, and raises funds for research into sudden infant death syndrome, stillbirth, miscarriage and neonatal death.
