Grab your bike and helmet, on Sunday 23 November, and join thousands of riders pedal for three worthy charities in The Great Bike Ride Presented by the City of Perth.
The Great Bike Ride Presented by the City of Perth is an ever growing community and international event following the Swan River, from Perth to Fremantle and back again, and is open to everyone from novices to elite riders and corporate teams.
Cyclists can choose to pedal the leisurely 53 kilometre course, the challenging 106 kilometre circuit or the 10 kilometre Woodside Family Ride.
This year cyclists will start and end at Langley Park, and for the first time ever will enjoy the camaraderie of the NAB Event Village at the finish line.
The carnival-like atmosphere, with face painting and bouncy castles, will appeal to the kids and adults will also be impressed by the entertainment.
There are many great prizes available for the highest fundraising family, individual, team
and organisation. For example, the highest fundraising individual will win two places in the
London to Brighton Bike Ride with airfares for one covered.
The event is hosted by Rotary Club of Perth to raise money for the Heart Foundation, Hope for Children and the St John of God Foundation Horizon House Project.
