I am currently housebound due to a botched knee replacement operation but am hoping to be back on my feet again very soon.

My friend Mary just told me about this site because yesterday I lost an important file in Perth yesterday May 2nd 2008.

It is a blackish grey lever arch file and all my personal and medical notes are in it. I need it badly.

We were in the  Perth Council car park in Aberdeen Steet,Northbridge,just down from Black Betty's Night Club.

It was placed on the roof of the car whilst the wheelchair was lifted in-the old story eh...we drove off and didn't realise until we arrived at home.

Some paperwork from it was found nearby but the file itself couldn't be found.

I'm going Nuts !!! The police have been informed ,and an ad placed in the Sunday Times Lost & Found.  A reward  for the safe return is offered of course and I'm hoping by joining this site  more

people will be aware of it . I'm also trying to have the loss announced on radio and waiitng for a callback from Curtin radio. Can anybody help please? Normally I'm good for a laugh but not today. There hadn't been time to photocopy the contents :-(

Thank you to all the good folk who have sent their best wishes.Yesterday an envelope arrived in the postbox containing some loose documents from the missing file ..<hooray for honest people> the finder left no cover note and was from Mt.Claremont.Shortly after there was a call to say a group of people had been seen nearby(dare I say "loitering"?) The folks at Black Bett's Night Club ,on that corner are going to place posters and the Perth Council have alerted their bin people,parking inspectors and their CCTV people to keeep looking.As it has no actual value to anyone,the new theory is that it was looked through and then discarded.I feel very encouraged by all this support. Thank you nice people of Perth:-) I am unable to get to the pc every day so please excuse any delays in responding to invitations.GlenJo xxx
