Spent the day reading by the pool - it was pretty warm (around 20deg) - nearly went in the pool but it was just slightly too cold. Did lamb kebabs and giant prawn kebabs on the BBQ for lunch. We had a rare visit from Larry the Blue-tongue lizard who came out to do some basking in the warm sunshine. Scrabble lay down near him like they were old friends!!
H came round to drop Tony off later - she'd only gone and bought him a blood bird-eating spider. Apparently they're not venomous but they can bite through bone!!!
They've called it "Dave" - even though it's a female. I think the sun's starting to get to people round here!
