<p>A few weekends ago, the kids were having fun in our pool. Our pet Lorikeet was squawking and going crazy at the kids jumping in and splashing around. Her cage was open and she was on top of her perch sqawking at them as if telling them off.</p><p>They paid no attention to her, so she jumped down, and fluttered over to the edge of the pool. She was still trying to get the attention of the kids in the pool, and she jumped in! She skimmed across the top of the water....the kids panicked and thought she might drown. I lifted her out of the water, and she shook herself off. Then, she turned around, and jumped straight back in! She obviosly loved the water. She didn't sink, she just fluttered across the top of the water. I have never seen anything like it.</p><p>Crazy bird - next time I will have to get her on the video camera...it was hilarious!!!!</p>
