Renovating junkie is what I am. My wife and I have just finished off an old weatherboard house in Shelley, it was needle in the haystack find, so old and run down, that we pretty much re-did from scratch. We buy the houses purely to do them up - but have been tempted to keep the house that we just completed, as we got quite attached. We love seeing the final product and adding a bit our own style into it. If i'm going to die of anything in the near future, it will probably be paint fume or dust inhalation... If anyone out there has the same passion for renovating as us, we'd be happy to chat!
