they are festivals purely for the appreciation of tambourines and other noisy instruments that dont get enough attention like kazoos and bongos (although bongos are getting quite a bit of notice since that Mconaghey fellow started playing them nude!)

Cool. It's a british comedy that used to be on the ABC. It's all about this very posh woman, who looks down upon her family as they live in a bad neighbourhood. If you see it at Video Ezy, hire it out as it is hilarious. Enjoy your game. x
