I cooked up a feast in the kitchen the other night - cous cous filled field mushrooms... baked in the oven! mmmm!
All you gotta do is cook up some couscous, finely dice some capsicum, brocolli and sundried tomatos. Then mix that into the couscous.... spread some fresh chilli paste over the insode of the mushroom, then fill it with the couscous mixture. Put in the oven at 180 degrees with some alfoil over the top so it doesnt burn, and bake for 10 mins. Then remove the alfoil and let them criisp a little. when they look like they are all done sprinkle with some lime zest and crumbel some feta on top. mmmmm!
